1.2 Service Fees
All services are billed based on the agreed-upon rates outlined in the service agreement. Additional services requested outside the initial agreement may incur extra charges.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of the services rendered. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in service delays.
2.1 Invoices
Invoices will be issued after the completion of services and must be settled within 14 days of receipt.
2.2 Late Payment Fees
Any payment not received within the specified period will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not incur any fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We understand that emergencies occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions.
4. Liability
Gardener Upminster strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions or acts of nature.

We carry liability insurance to cover any accidental damages that may occur during service provision. This ensures that both parties are protected in the event of an incident.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to ensure that the areas to be serviced are accessible and free from any obstructions that may hinder our work. Additionally, you should disclose any specific requirements or restrictions beforehand.
5.1 Property Access
Provide clear instructions regarding access to your property, including gate codes or key handovers if necessary.
5.2 Written Instructions
Any specific instructions or preferences should be documented and shared with the assigned gardener to ensure your needs are met effectively.
6. Quality of Work
We are committed to delivering exceptional gardening services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days so we can address and rectify the issue promptly.
6.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to exceed your expectations and will make every effort to ensure you are pleased with our services.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials created by Gardener Upminster are the intellectual property of our company and cannot be reproduced without our explicit consent.
7.1 Use of Materials
Clients may use the provided design materials for personal purposes but must seek permission for any commercial use.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during our services will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
